If you are having trouble getting it to work with your recorder, we highly recomend to look in the user manual of your recorder on how to switch on the PiP - Plugin power - if it has to be switched on, please note that this is not PHANTOM Power else you will damage the microphone if you adpt to use the XLR sockets on your recorder, plugin power is a very low voltage intended for direct connection only through a 3.5mm jack. Look for a "mic in" or "line in" 3.5mm socket and use that for the SR3D Basic. If you still need help, please get in touch through the webchat or email/phone (phone English only).
